Maintaining multiple sources of truth for a single product wastes content designer time and creates opportunities for error.
Solution:
Create a Figma deliverable template that includes all content variations in a single file.
My contribution:
I escalated this issue to my content leadership and collaborated with my designer to build a template to accommodate all copy, annotations, and error messages.
