Example: Ordering foreign currency through online banking
Problem:
Customers couldn’t purchase foreign currency because the previous third-party vendor decided to cease operations in the United States. This service was only available in person at bank branches.
Solution:
Create a digital flow allowing customers to order foreign currency and pick it up at their chosen bank branch.
My contribution:
I collaborated with my design partners to concept, test, and launch the Order Foreign Currency product. I was responsible for all copy, including error messages and toggle tips.
